Anima Domus is fully committed to ensuring that every interaction we have with our clients safeguards the wellbeing of the client and the Anima Domus team. To that end, we have worked diligently to equip our showrooms and delivery teams with everything we need to provide a clean and safe environment for all involved.
Below, you can read about the policies that we have implemented and the actions we are taking:
1. Safe Showrooms
Anima Domus is making every effort to ensure that its showrooms are safe and inviting spaces for you to design the home of your dreams. To achieve this, our showrooms are fully equipped with cleaning materials, disinfecting products, and personal protective equipment. We have also modified certain store policies to safeguard you and our team, in accordance with CDC guidelines.
Masks at all times. Everyone in the showroom will be wearing masks at all times in the showrooms. If you would like to come in for a meeting, please note that masks are required to be worn at all times. This will help us protect both your health and that of our team.
Disinfected showrooms. We have substantially increased the frequency with which the showroom is cleaned. We will also be disinfecting the showroom throughout the day by cleaning high touch surfaces.
Exclusive Meetings. At this time, and until further notice, our showrooms will be open By Appointment or Call Ahead only (you can read more about this policy in point #2). This will allow us to limit the number of people in the showroom at a time, making sure that you will be safe when visiting Anima Domus. Please, kindly refrain from coming in large groups.
Clean Meetings. We are providing hand sanitizer dispensers throughout the showroom to make sure that everyone’s hands are clean. Additionally, once we have finished a meeting in the showroom, the areas where the meeting took place and the materials used in the meeting will be disinfected. This will ensure that when you come into the showroom, you will be met with a clean, safe space.
Social Distancing. Within the showroom, our team will maintain a safe distance from everyone around. We kindly ask that you respect any directives our team might provide. We are working to ensure everyone’s health and safety.
If you are not feeling well, we kindly ask that you refrain from coming to the showroom.
2. Call Ahead / By Appointment
In order to make sure that you and our team are safe in our showrooms, Anima Domus is limiting the number of clients in the showroom at any given time. Our team will only be exclusively meeting with one client at a time. In order to set a time to stop by, please see the policies below:
Schedule a Meeting. If you are already working with someone on our team, please feel free to reach out to them to schedule an appointment. You can also call our showrooms directly or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and our team will be happy to schedule a time to meet.
Call Ahead! If you don’t have an appointment scheduled but would like to stop by, we kindly ask that you call ahead to our showrooms. Our team will make every effort to accommodate you. If they are currently not with a client, they will be happy to invite you into the showroom. However, please note that our team will only be meeting with one client at a time.
3. Safe Deliveries
Anima Domus has always strived for excellence when providing white glove delivery to our clients. We often hear that we have the best delivery team in South Florida! Given the current situation we are all facing, Anima Domus is taking the responsibility of being invited into your home very seriously.
Safety Equipment. Our delivery teams are fully equipped with personal protective equipment to protect you and themselves. Our team members will be wearing masks, gloves, and shoe covers at all times during delivery. Additionally, they are equipped with hand sanitizer and disinfectant to ensure that their hands and equipment are clean when inside your home.
Social Distancing. While inside your home, our team will ensure to maintain social distance at all times. We kindly ask that you also provide the same to our team while they are working on your delivery.
Clean White Glove. Anima Domus provides a true white glove delivery service to our clients. Once we have finished our delivery or installation, our team always makes sure to clean what we have delivered and the work area. Additionally, we dispose of all trash or packaging related to our service. Our objective is to leave a clean area behind. This will also help to ensure the cleanliness and safety of your home after our delivery.
