On March 14, 2015, Miami’s Children’s Bereavement Center will honor Marconi and Silvia Naziazeni
at Rockin’ on the Green, featuring celebrity auctioneer Belkys Nerey.
It’s atypical to see a businessman encourage clients to spend their money elsewhere. However, when a good cause beckons, Marconi Naziazeni, owner and CEO of Miami-based contemporary Italian furniture company Anima Domus, has done exactly that.
Since 2012, the Children’s Bereavement Center board member and his wife Silvia have helped the non-profit expand its reach throughout South Florida by hosting fundraising events at their beautiful furniture showrooms, donating designer pieces of furniture for raffle and auction, as well as developing opportunities for the organization to be showcased in the media.
This Saturday, March 14, the Children’s Bereavement Center will honor the Naziazeni family at Rockin’ on the Green, where guests are invited to dine, dance, and shop the night away while they help children and families who are grieving the loss of a loved one. The exciting event will feature a live auction hosted by celebrity emcee Belkys Nerey of WSVN’s Deco Drive, cocktails, hors d’oeuvres and dinner by Chef David Schwadron, as well as a silent auction featuring, among others, a donated item from Anima Domus, the renowned Ghost chair by legendary Italian designer Cini Boeri. The tropical ambiance will also be filled with live music by band Sekond Nature.
“Marconi has become an invaluable board member of the CBC,” said Mindy Cassel, president of the Children’s Bereavement Center. “Together with Silvia and their children, he has assisted us in tripling the number of children and family members served by the CBC. We are fortunate to have them as champions of our mission to help individuals and families adjust to life after loss.”
