Lago’s designs are minimalistic with extremely innovative execution. Though their furniture is known for its forward thinking nature, Lago’s history traces back to the end of the nineteenth-century, when Policarpo Lago began his career as an artisan woodworker in noble villas and Venetian churches. Woodworking became the theme and tradition for the Lago family for generations until his heirs launched Lago in the 1980’s to focus on furniture.
